Rented Housing
We provide a comprehensive housing management and maintenance service to 1,408 current Clapham Park residents who rent their homes from us.  If you are not living on the Clapham Park Estates but want to rent with Clapham Park Homes you will need to be referred to us by Lambeth Council.

Leaseholders
We provide a landlord service to all of Clapham Park’s leaseholders.  We are responsible for repairing and maintaining the structural part of a leaseholder flat (the leaseholder will be asked to pay a share towards this maintenance).

Clapham Park Homes is also responsible for repairing, maintaining and providing services to shared areas such as communal doorways, lifts, shared play areas, etc.  Leaseholders are responsible for maintaining the insides of their homes.
