Transfers and exchanges
We will help tenants with transfers or exchanges both within Clapham Park and with other landlords.
We are taking part in the Housing Organisation’s Mobility and Exchange Scheme (H.O.M.E.S) and the HOMESWAP Scheme. Both schemes help people to move to Council or Registered Social Landlord homes outside the borough.
