You can report a repair:

  • ONLINE - but not emergency repairs
  • If your repair is an emergency and the office is closed, please call us on 0845 070 7711.
  • by calling our customer service centre on 020 8623 8900 (Mon - Fri; 9:00-5:00)
  • by email
  • in person at our office at 1 Headlam Road, London, SW4 8HP
  • by letter to customer services.

Once you have reported a repair, our customer services officers will place an order for works with a contractor, working on our behalf.

We will:

  • ask you what the repair is.
  • tell you what we intend to do.
  • tell you how soon we will do the repair.
  • Give you a category code and offer you a morning or afternoon appointment (If you cannot keep the appointment, please give us plenty of notification so we can change it for you.)

Always ask for identification when a contractor calls to complete a repair.  If you want to check the contractor is who they say they are, call us before you let them into your home.

We may contact you some time after the repair is completed to make sure you are happy with our service.
