Six Core Standards
Metropolitan Housing Partnership is committed to resident and service user involvement and will be working with you to develop and achieve standards of excellence in this area of our business.
We have developed core standards which are the minimum standards of excellence we will be working to, to ensure that customer involvement in MHP continuously improves.
Our six core standards for resident and service user involvement across MHP are:
- MHP will listen and respond to the views and priorities of residents and service users and make customer involvement an integral part of our business
- MHP will ensure that resident and service user interests are reflected in our business strategy and improvement plans
- MHP will give residents and service users a range of opportunities to scrutinise and comment on our performance and receive timely feedback concerning the impact of their involvement
- MHP will make it possible for residents and service users to participate in decision-making to help us achieve quality and value-for-money services and promote sustainable communities
- MHP will provide support packages and innovative opportunities for residents and service users to influence how services are managed, provided and improved
- MHP will demonstrate its commitment to diversity and equality of opportunity and will ensure that all involvement opportunities are fair, inclusive and accessible to all of our customers.
