Our expectations
It is important that our staff and contractors feel secure when carrying out services for you.
When you speak to our staff and contractors we expect you to be polite and calm. Our staff will not put up with aggressive or threatening behaviour, or bad language.
If you have a complaint, please report it in a calm and clear manner, giving us as many details as you can. If you feel your complaint has not been dealt with properly, please use our complaints procedure or contact us for a copy of our Customer Feedback Policy.
If you use or allow others to use violent or aggressive behaviour towards our staff or contractors, you will be breaking your tenancy agreement. We may then take legal action and you could lose your home.
