Owen was seconded as Chief Executive in November 2005 from Clapham Park Project (CPP) to lead the association through the stock transfer process. Owen had been CPP’s Chief Executive since 2002 and has been responsible for supporting the community in developing the Master Plan and establishing a wide-ranging New Deal for Communities regeneration programme. Owen has 20 years experience in housing, and prior to joining CPP, was the Chief Executive of Croydon Peoples' Housing Association, a community-based social landlord, which developed and led Croydon Council's £22m SRB bid.
Keith Evans, Director of Regeneration
Keith has been seconded by MHP to oversee the establishment of the Regeneration Plan and the development service for CPH. He has worked for MHP since 1992, as a Development Manager and since 1996, as an Assistant Director responsible for regeneration development services at MHP South Thames. Keith has led on several major regeneration projects and has successfully introduced partnering and supply chain management. He has a postgraduate diploma in development management.
Kathleen Corbett, Head of Finance
ACA qualified since 1991, Kathleen has been seconded by MHP to establish financial systems and best practice within Clapham Park Homes. She has worked for MHP since 1993 as a Regional Finance Manager, Central Finance Manager and most recently as an Assistant Finance Director. Kathleen received her accountancy training with Ernst and Young.
Sarah Lee, Head of Community Partnerships (BSc. MA)
Sarah came to Clapham Park Homes after two years as Programme Director at the Clapham Park Project. An experienced project developer and bid-writer with a successful track record in SRB, NDC and ESF, Sarah has over 20 years experience in the field of community development with particular expertise in employment related regeneration programmes.
Pauline Gayle, HR Manager (Chartered FCIPD)
An experienced and professional HR Manager of 20 years standing, Pauline has extensive experience of private and public sector employment, having previously worked for the Probation Service and local authorities.
