- How we will consult with you
- Home purchase options, and
- Ending your lease.
Administration fees
These are not included in the annual service charge management fee.
Fees must be paid by cheque or debit card to Clapham Park Homes. Send your cheque to Clapham Park Homes, 1 Headlam Road, London SW4 8HP or call our Customer Services Team to make a payment on T. 0208 623 8900.

- Sublet registration fee £25 + VAT
- Deed of postponement £100 + VAT
- Notice of Charge £50 + VAT
- Notice of Transfer £50 + VAT
- Copy of lease £15 + VAT
- Deed of Variation £440 + VAT
- Alteration £25 + VAT
- Remortgage query £25 + VAT
