Involvement and community development
There are a variety of ways you can take part in discussion and decisions about the work that we do:
Residents’ Association
Clapham Park Homes formally recognises Clapham Park East Tenants and Residents’ Association. You are entitled to become a member of your local residents’ association. If you have any problem with us that you have not been able to sort out through the normal procedures, you can contact your residents’ association which can take up your case.
Residents’ Panel
If you would like to have a direct input into decision making, and the planning and monitoring of our services, and you are able to attend regular meetings, you could join the Residents’ Panel.
Resident Conference
This will be held annually and will give you a chance to meet other residents, learn more about key issues and provide feedback on our service.
Board
The Board is made up of 15 members of whom seven are residents, two are nominated by Lambeth Council and six are independent members. You must have regularly attended the Residents’ Panel for two years before you can be nominated to the Board.
If you would like to find out how to get involved, contact our Community Partnership Unit on 020 8623 8900.
