Housing Corporation Charter
The Housing Corporation has produced a Charter for housing association applicants and residents which sets out the standard of service you can expect from us. It also tells you what to do if you think we are not doing this.
The Charter does not cover all of your legal rights but it tells you about some important issues that affect your relationship with us.
