Permanent ‘affordable’ tenancies
To get a permanent ‘affordable’ tenancy with CPH you will need to be nominated to us by the London Borough of Lambeth, or already have a permanent ‘affordable’ tenancy with another Housing Association or Council and be looking to move to the area. If this is the case, then your current landlord will need to approach us on your behalf. CPH does not have a waiting list for new social or affordable housing applicants.
Short term tenancies
CPH currently lets properties at open market rents on short term tenancies. This is because we have a number of homes that will be demolished in the next two years, which means that they cannot be let on a more permanent basis.

Buying a share of a CPH home
If you want to get onto the property ladder, you could consider Home Buy. This is where you buy a share in a property and pay a subsidised rent on the remaining share.
