Consultation

We value your feedback, so from time to time we will consult with you on the services we provide.  We may ask you what you think of a specific policy, conditions of your tenancy, services and facilities, our repairs service or other housing management practices.

You can provide us with feedback in a number of ways:

  • Surveys and questionnaires – we may contact you to complete a questionnaire.
  • Focus groups – we may contact you to attend a focus group with other residents.
  • Suggestions – you may decide to contact us with a suggestion.
  • Block and scheme meetings – by attending these you can influence the delivery of the Masterplan and services delivered to your block or local area.
  • Special interest groups – for those who receive a specific service, e.g. leaseholders, commercial tenants, or those who fall into a group of residents, e.g. young person, disabled person, etc.  By joining a group you will be consulted on issues which may affect you.

We will tell you when we have considered your views and taken our decision.  This will usually be in writing, either by individual letter or newsletter/brochure, so everyone is aware of a new policy, etc.  If you are interested in providing feedback, please contact our Community Partnership Unit on 020 8623 8900.
