We are committed to meeting our obligations to you as outlined in your tenancy agreement and our Service Promise.
Damages for disrepair
We will do our best to make sure that we do not cause further damage to your decorations or belongings when we are carrying out repairs.
If further damage is caused, please let us know straight away. We will investigate all claims sympathetically and pay compensation if we are responsible.
