Donna C Henry
Donna is employed as an Ophthalmic Clinical Advisor in Kensington. Her fields of expertise are in health and regeneration, and in committee and voluntary work. Donna is particularly interested in developing our approach to housing management and maintenance. Donna is Chair of the Clapham Park Project Board.
Joe Moll
Joe has a background in central government, political, economic and social environment research, and market research. He is employed as a communications officer to a government minister. Joe is a member of MHP's Board and Group Audit Committee.
Victoria Robinson
Victoria has lived on the estate for three years. In her own words "I am someone that is community spirited and cares about the area and the environment that I live in. I think being a Block Champion is a good way of integrating with your neighbours and to act as an advocate for them". She understands the community make-up and has worked in an advice, guidance and motivational capacity in the past. She is particularly interested in working with youth and in helping CPH to develop a Community Contract.

Christine Turner, Chair
Christine has a career long experience of working within the Social Housing Sector in a variety of senior executive and non executive positions. She has extensive experience of both leadership and collaborative governance at both local community levels and large scale national organisations.
Christine currently sits on the main Home Housing Group, Governance Committee and is a Customer Champion at board level. She is also a member of the Rayners Lane Estate Committee Harrow, this is a large scale regeneration project providing mixed tenure homes to the homes to the local community.
Robert Bird
Robert has a degree in building surveying and is an RICS member. Robert has worked in property surveying and maintenance in both local government and the private sector since 1976. Until recently, Robert was a partner at property and construction firm William Martin and Partners. He now runs his own housing development and consultancy company.
Gareth Crawford
An independent member of the board since its first meeting, Gareth has 20 years' experience in housing association management and development. He is currently Director of Development for Toynbee Housing Association and brings housing development, risk management, development finance and senior management skills to the Board.
Cllr Jane Edbrooke
Jane was elected in May 2010 to Lambeth council. She had previously spent 6 years working in local government, including working in housing.
She has been a school governor and previously sat on another social housing board. Jane currently sits on a housing commission into the changes to social housing benefit, as well as Lambeths Overview and Scrutiny committee.
Richard Hewgill
A qualified Housing Manager and surveyor, Richard is a leading figure in the resident participation movement. He is a member of TPAS, Board Member of the International Union of Tenants and was a leading figure in the development of the borough wide Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation. He was appointed to the Board in 1997.
Richard is a Board Member of Granta Housing Society Ltd, Metropolitan Living Ltd, Refugee Housing Association Ltd and Clapham Park Development Ltd. He is also a member of MHP's Audit Committee and Quality and Accountabilities Forum.
John Pearson
A longstanding independent member, John is a qualified accountant (FCA) with extensive experience in the field. Now retired, John most recently worked as a financial manager and advisor for the European Parliament. Voluntary experience includes assisting a small housing association and involvement in church groups and an orchestral charity.
Roger Squire
Roger Squire is an experienced consultant in the property industry with special focus on Property Development, Urban Regeneration and Financing. He has been Joint Chief Executive of £150m p.a. turnover Government Organisation and a Main Board Director of £1,300m property Company.
He is on the Building Committee of Cambridge University and the Board of Finance of the Diocese of Southwark as well as being a Trustee of the disability charity Enham and on the Board of Metropolitan Housing Partnership's development subsidiary, Metropolitan Living Ltd.
