Block N1, 42 – 46 Clarence Avenue
Block N1 is situated on the site of the old Clifton House sheltered housing scheme, which was demolished in early 2007. This scheme will comprise a 51 unit extra care scheme and 50 residential units.
Further to receiving planning permission, we entered into a contract with Wates Living Space in March 2009. Works are now underway on site and this scheme is expected to complete in summer 2011.
