Block M3/M2 Streatham Place
This scheme is situated on the site of the old Arkwright House, which was demolished in early 2008. A mixed use development, this scheme comprises 82 residential units (including new homes for local residents) along with 250m² of ground floor commercial space available, undercroft car park and landscaped courtyard. A further 31 residential units will be developed as part of the M2 phase of works, which are planned to occur after M3 has completed.
Further to receiving planning consent, we entered into a contract with Rydons Construction Ltd in March 2009. Works are now underway on site and this scheme is expected to complete in autumn 2011.
