Blocks C2 will sit on the site of the existing 158-178 and 180-200 Clarence Crescent, Clapham Park West, London, SW4.
Block C2 is a residential scheme comprising 120 residential units, a landscaped courtyard and an energy centre.
A reserved matters planning application has been submitted to L.B. Lambeth’s Planning Department for their consideration. Subject to their approval, and our programme, we hope to start construction in 2010.
