Blocks H5 and H4 will sit on the site of the existing Dumphreys and Homan House, off Kings Avenue, London, SW4.
Block H5 is a mixed use scheme comprising 61 residential units and over 900m² of ground floor commercial space.
Block H4 comprises 9 residential units, and both blocks will include new homes for local residents, along with landscaped courtyard.
A reserved matters planning application has been submitted to L.B. Lambeth’s Planning Department for their consideration. Subject to their approval, and our programme, we hope to start construction in 2010.
