Assured short-hold tenancies (ASTs)
We use assured short-hold tenancies when we are acting on behalf of a leaseholder who wishes to rent out their home, or when we let homes that we have acquired back from leaseholders. We only use this type of tenancy when we cannot grant a more secure tenancy for that property.
