About Clapham Park Homes
Clapham Park Homes, part of Metropolitan Housing Partnership, is a community-led housing association that was formed to take over the ownership and management of houses on the Clapham Park estates.
Our purpose is to regenerate the Clapham Park estates - refurbishing, demolishing and rebuilding homes where needed, as well as providing support for residents in need.
Since May 2006, we have provided a housing management and maintenance service to over 1,400 Clapham Park tenants who are renting their homes from us.
Clapham Park Homes also offers:
- Services to over 500 leaseholders.
- Shared ownership schemes.
- Outright sale.
We are a limited company and are managed by a Board that is responsible for the organisation. The Board is made up of residents, local authority nominees and independent members. All Board members serve in a voluntary capacity.
